Recently, I was told by a Republican follower that we don’t have it so bad. This isn’t 1775. I need to read the declaration and realize that we haven’t reached the point of King George. “Don’t shoot until you can see the whites of their eyes”.  I actually read the Declaration most days and the entire constitution at least once a week. I have now distributed over 11,000 of both on the streets of New Orleans. I told my moderate friend that I not only see the whites of their eyes, but smell their foul breath and have their spittle in my face. Yes, we have already been kicked in the stomach and shot through the heart.

This is why I declared myself an American Refugee and why I fight to resurrect, not save America. America is already gone. I am an American Refugee, sojourning in Ameritopia, a land I do not recognize, fighting for the return of constitutional government.

ObamaCare is the greatest assault on liberty in the history of our nation. ObamaCare makes it impossible to see just what behavior, or non behavior, the federal government can not outlaw or require. It is the absolute end of individual liberty. Even King George never imagined anything so onerous.

In striking it down, Judge Roger Vinson rightly made many observations. Vinson said Congress exceeded its authority by requiring nearly all Americans to buy health insurance. In fact, the jurist ruled that lawmakers lack the power to penalize you or me for not doing something. He actually compared the "individual mandate" to requiring people to eat healthy food. He stated, "Congress could require that people buy and consume broccoli at regular intervals, not only because the required purchases will positively impact interstate commerce, but also because people who eat healthier tend to be healthier and are thus more productive and put less of a strain on the health care system."

Judge Vinson also talked about the Founding Fathers: "It is difficult to imagine a nation, which began, at least in part, as the result of opposition to a British mandate giving the East India Company a monopoly and imposing a nominal tax on all tea sold in America, would have set out to create a government with the power to force people to buy tea in the first place."

Now, we must add to all of this that the law was not legitimately passed by the legislature. All means of bribery, blackmail, intimidation, and suspension of rules was used to pass a bill which was never able to make it beyond a Senate filibuster. Finally, when this unconstitutional law made its way through the court system and the Supreme Court had already written the decision declaring the individual mandate unconstitutional, a Chief Justice was blackmailed into changing his vote at the last minute so that the mandate would survive. ObamaCare alone is sufficient reason for revolution.

Alas, it is not our only reason. Voter Fraud, vote buying, voter intimidation, and voter suppression, have made it extremely difficult for those who believe in freedom to win elections. We no longer have free and fair national elections. In presidential years, the Obama Machine, racks up so many fraudulent votes and suppresses so many legitimate ones, that an opposition candidate would have to win by a large margin to achieve a small win at the polls.

When we look at the illegal means this administration uses to pass laws, uphold laws, and steal elections, we are left we no choice but civil disobedience and peaceful revolution. Simply working within the system won’t work.

Patriots should not turn a peaceful revolution into a violent one and should never engage in acts of terrorism, but they have every right and the duty to defend themselves from any assault by government.

To show my challenger that I am familiar with the form and content of our nation’s Declaration of Independence, and out of reverence to that document, I make the rest of my charges against Obama in a similar form.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has refused to allow the citizens to take advantage of the natural recourses of this country to meet our energy needs, leaving us at the mercy of foreign tyrants.

He has repeatedly attacked laws passed by the states.

He has refused to follow, enforce, or defend laws already on the books.

He has attacked the freedom of the press and the freedom of religion.

He is doing all he can to undermine our second amendment rights.

He is violating the 4th amendment in the most egregious of ways.

He is violating our 5th amendment rights.

He has no use for the 10th amendment and ignores it.

He has attacked our religious beliefs and refused to respect our language, borders, and culture, fundamentally transforming America against our will of the people.

He has often chosen to ignore the legislative branch of government and rule by fiat, with unprecedented and unconstitutional executive orders.

He has instructed legislatures to quickly pass laws of such monumental length and with such speed, that not a single person has read or understands the laws.

He has refused to cooperate with constitutional congressional investigations of himself and his officers and has ridiculed the opposition for wasting time on “Phony Scandals”, despite the fact that our heroes have been killed and our patriots investigated and intimidated.

He has made a Chief Justice follow his Will alone, through blackmail, and has repeatedly sought to intimidate others.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has combined with international bodies to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.

He has committed murders through drone strikes and asserts the power to kill even American Citizens.

He has imposed Taxes on us without our Consent.

He asserts the right in many cases, to deprive us of the benefits of Trial by Jury.

He is at this time, negotiating with officials in Russia and the United Nations, to bring in large number of foreign troops at the time of anything he designates a national security event, to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He is buying up massive quantities of ammunition in order to create shortages, forces up prices, and arm beyond any reasonable requirement, the Department of Homeland Security, unless he intends to kill millions in a protracted domestic war against the people.

He has abdicated Government here, by refusing to protect our borders. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of other lands, the merciless Muslim Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

I submit these facts to my fellow patriots. I submit to you that the tyranny which now exists in our nation, is beyond what can be tolerated. I submit to you that it will take extraordinary action and civil disobedience to right these wrongs and return to our Constitution. I submit that we must be prepared for an attack from this illegal and unconstitutional government when our peaceful revolution reaches a certain size. Form your own groups and militias. Join other patriot groups. I humbley ask you to consider joing and supporting our group, The American Refugees.

I, Roger Charles D'Aquin, do solemnly swear that as an American Refugee, I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and her citizens against all enemies, foreign and domestic, including against an unconstitutional government; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will not disarm; that I will not recognize Obamacare as the law of the land, since it is unconstitutional; that I will not obey any unconstitutional executive orders or laws, and that until the United States has returned to obedience to the US Constitution, I will do my best to starve the beast of the federal government, by paying as few taxes as possible. Parents Laugh As They Sacrifice Their Kids to Satan

The Attack On Our Children’s Gender.

 The attack on the very identity of our children is now in full swing. The word is being put out to kids as young as two that gender is optional. Many normal little girls go through a phase when they are young where they want to be a boy. Some boys go through a similar phase where they wish they were girls. Over 99% of kids who go through such phases, will grow out of them. There is usually no deep seeded disorder and there is no reason to create one. Many boys and girls also go through phases where they want to be a horsie, but no parent would ever dream of telling a child that “It’s ok, you just be you, you can be a horsie. We’ll start feeding you hay and letting you sleep in the barn.”

 Unfortunately, there is a growing movement to allow growing boys and girls, who haven’t even begun to approach puberty yet, to choose a gender different than the one they actually are. The damage inflicted on these children will be extreme.

 On the softer side of this sales job we have SheZow. This is new gender bending cartoon, just for kids, playing on The Hub. In SheZow, the hero guy, a manly little boy, becomes SheZow against his will. He is bummed out at first about having to dress up as a girl super hero, what with the pink boots, the skirt, and the cape. But eventually he gets into it and learns to explore his feminine side and experience personal growth. Yes, he learns the importance of getting a manicure and to leave his more macho attitudes behind. After all, men are barbaric. He discovers that he has “Super Empathy” when he is dressed as SheZow. Yes before long Guy is joyfully putting the magic ring and shouting the magic words, “You Go Girl” to transform into SheZow.

 It gets worse. At Camp You are You, a summer camp for boys with “Gender issues” boys from 3 to 14 are taught how to walk like girls, talk like girls, shave their legs, apply make up, and put on a fashion show wearing female attire. The kids are taught that they can be whatever gender and feel they are and that this is totally normal and should be accepted.

 Photographer Lindsay Morris has begun exploiting these children through photographs, with the approval of the kids’ demented parents. She hopes to create a traveling multimedia show to show of the “New face of LGBT youth”. She hopes to start a foundation and raise money so that boys from poor families can afford to attend the camp. Morris has stated that her photographic goal for the project is “to represent the spirit of these boys as they shine.”

 Six year old Coy Mathis is a little boy in Colorado, who thinks he is a little girl. He was born the only boy in a set of triplets. By 18 months, he decided that he wanted to dress and be treated just like his sisters. He didn’t want to be the odd man out. His patents gave in within six months and started dressing Coy as gild and referring to him as a girl. Coy was then enrolled in school as a girl. When a teacher found Coy, in fact, had a penis, she told the school and the school district made the decision that Coy would have to use the boy’s bathroom or a gender neutral staff bathroom by himself. Coy’s parents sued claiming that he, or “She” was being discriminated against and suffering harm.

 In a decision that she make all believers drop to their knees to pray for our lost nation, The Colorado Civil Rights division agree the district was "objectively and subjectively hostile" and had created an “Environment that was rife with harassment”. Coy will be treated as a girl by the school and will use the girl’s bathroom facilities. Apparently the other girls do not have any gender privacy rights. I can also just imagine some poor child being expelled for a “Hate crime” in the future when she tells all of the other students coy is a boy. What will happen in the future when Coy hits puberty? There is discussion of putting Coy on “Medication” to delay that as long as possible.

 There isn’t a nice way to talk about this folks. Coy’s parents, parents who bring boys to the “You are You Camp”, and even parents who simply allow their kids to watch SheZow, are harming their children. This nation is turning its back on truth, science, nature, and God. We have become an arrogant people who think we can do whatever we choose, when it comes to depravity or denying nature, but who must listen to the state and give up actual freedoms and liberties granted by Natural Law.

Get your kids away from the destructive influence of the state and the radical homosexual agenda. Get them out of public schools and if at all possible, homeschool your children. Accept that there are gender bending cartoons, even on the kids networks. Take charge of teaching your kids about God, science, history, America, and reality in general.

Obama - I Am Trayvon And I Will Make Sure This Is A Crisis

I am really ready to let this issue go. Some high profile black Americans have done what they could to ease tensions. Charles Barkly and Bill Cosby have both made statements saying that the jury got it right.

Unfortunately that are signs from Obama and his administration that are trying to use this case to further divide us and that they are determined to turn this situation into a travesty. Eric Holder has made it clear both in his speeches and statements as well as by telling Florida officials not to give Zimmerman back his gun, that he is seriously considering civil rights charges against Zimmerman.

The initial FBI investigation found no evidence of racial bias on the part of Zimmerman and Zimmerman has been acquitted of both murder and man slaughter. To put Zimmerman in jeopardy again and to try and prove that he racially profiled Martin would be to exacerbate problems caused by this case and an attempt to intimidate a jury into convicting Zimmerman. The message would be, “The first jury messed up, you guys get this right or their will be riots and no body will be safe.”

Now Obama is opening his mouth again. His opening was classic Obama. I – I – Me – My:
“I gave an initial statement after the verdict on Sunday, but watching the debate over the course of the last week, I thought it might be useful for me to expand on my thoughts a little bit.”

It wasn’t useful. Obama stepped in it again and in so doing you has thrown gas on the fire of racial tension in this country. Mr. Obama, is the most divisive president in our nation’s history and has personally set back race relations in this country. In saying that there are “few African-American men in this country who haven’t had the experience of being followed,” he insinuates that Zimmerman acted in a racist fashion, though no evidence has been found to support that.

“I think, to a sense that if a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario that, from top to bottom, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different,” Obama stated.

You are right Mr. Obama, it would have been different. No charges would have been brought and race never would have been injected into this by you, the media, or disgusting race baiters like Al Sharpton. NBC news never would have edited a tape of a 911 call to make it seem like the black caller was focused on the race of the person. You never would have made a statement about the deceased looking like he could be your son.

Now Obama has doubled down on the misguided, damaging statements he made early in this case. Now that there a been a not guilty verdict, he turns up the heat on racial anger and begins the process of poisoning a jury pool in what could be a federal civil rights case. It isn’t enough for Trayvon to look like him. No Trayvon must be him.

“You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot, I said that this could have been my son. Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago. And when you think about why, in the African- American community at least, there’s a lot of pain around what happened here, I think it’s important to recognize that the African-American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that -- that doesn’t go away. There are very few African-American men in this country who haven’t had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store. That includes me. And there are very few African-American men who haven’t had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars. That happens to me, at least before I was a senator. There are very few African-Americans who haven’t had the experience of getting on an elevator and a woman clutching her purse nervously and holding her breath until she had a chance to get off. That happens often.”

It is statements like this being made in the context of this case, that make low information voters, whether black or white, assume that racism had something to do with this case. It didn’t. Obama went on to make it obvious that his administration wants this to be a crisis and has no intention of letting the crisis go to waste. This is an opportunity to promote gun control legislation and try to repeal stand your ground laws. This is an opportunity to further divide Americans in ways that can benefit Democrats at the polls. This is an opportunity to talk about something other than the health care fiasco or the scandals that are swirling throughout this administration. Obama could have used this as an opportunity to teach black youth not to act like Trayvon. Don’t dress like a thug, smoke pot, get suspended from school, behave suspiciously and arrogantly. That type of message might save lives. Instead, Trayvon is being compared to civil rights heroes and black youth are being told that he did nothing wrong. What was supposed to be our first post-racial president, continues with the racialism, race baiting, and divisiveness, that has been one of the hallmarks of his administration. Obama should be ashamed.

When We Find More Humanity In A Bird

In the area that I live, we have these interesting birds called Killdeers. They are sort of a sandpiper type of bird, not very large and they spend most of their time running from here to there on the ground. The thing that is so different about these birds is that they nest on the ground, and not hidden, away like one might think, but often right out in the middle of “traffic.” By traffic I mean cow pastures, hikers, beach combers, basically putting their eggs in jeopardy, or so one might think.

Case in point, just this past month, a pair of killdeers laid four eggs smack dab in the middle of my riding arena. The mother killdeer, when she sees what she perceives as a predator; humans, cats, dogs, she lies very low and keeps as still as possible on her nest and unless you are looking for her, she will easily blend into her surroundings so you would never notice her. If the threat to her eggs happens to be a large grazing animal coming her way that could potentially smash her eggs, she will wait until it is just a few inches from the nest and then flap up right under its nose to startle it and send it running. If you appear to be a threat and are coming close to the nest she flies away from the nest, a few feet away and dramatically screams in her little bird voice and carries on until the predator’s attention is now focused on mama bird. With her carrying on she also calls to her mate, who was apparently within earshot and he joins in the mission to save their eggs. They both do all they can to attract your attention. You know you are close to the eggs based on the urgency of their display. They will fly in close to you and stretch one of their wing’s out as if to say “look, I’m injured, come get me!” This display always works on the less bright animal; dogs quickly go scurrying after the bird and she flies away to safety, then the predator gives up. Eggs safe.

Just a few days ago we had temperatures in the near 90’s, which is high for our area. Mama Killdeer did not leave her eggs. I am not sure what high temperatures would do to those eggs, or the direct exposure to the sun’s rays, but it seemed that she knew it wasn’t good and diligently stayed over her eggs, wings slightly spread to shield them. Two days after our heat wave, we were greeted with an outright downpour. Once again, Mama Killdeer protected her eggs with her life; enduring the torrential downpour. No cover of trees or a building, she just endured the rain and the heat, whatever it took to get her babies hatched and ready to greet the world.

For those of you that have stuck with me thus far, I promise you I have a point and it isn’t just a nature lesson. At the same time this family of killdeers was taking up residence in my riding arena, abortion activists were fighting against the laws that would stop the barbaric practice of aborting a baby past 20 weeks in the womb down in the great state of Texas.

The irony was not lost on me that a little bird was defending these eggs with her whole being, these eggs that she knows will not be “viable” unless she protects them, keeping them warm from the cold, protected from the heat, defended from predators, all at the risk of herself. She uses her own little vulnerable body to bring her young into the world. She has no ultra sounds to tell her what are in the eggs, no doctors to explain when the heartbeat of her little babies began beating, she just knows that what is in those eggs is important, she knows they are her babies. She gives her whole life, every moment of it, to get those little eggs hatched, while at the same time women were chanting vile chants, carrying vile signs, demanding their right to kill their baby after it has begun hiccupping in the womb, sucking its thumb, yawning and stretching.

It makes one stand back and wonder; between the protesters in Texas and the little Killdeer in my arena, which is more evolved?

 Zimmerman Verdict Restores Hope

We have just a little more hope in America, after yesterday's verdict. The jury system is one of the best parts of the American justice system. We saw an example yesterday of how it can work even when an innocent man is charged without probable case, a biased media does all it can to poison the jury pool, and a corrupt prosecution and judge conspire to withhold exculpatory evidence. The jury still got it right and came back with a not guilty verdict because they had reasonable doubt.

It is funny to talk about reasonable doubt in this case, because I don't have any. I am actually convinced of Zimmerman's innocence. But this is because I know things that the jury was not allowed to know. These things are also not know by people who have only gotten there updates from biased media. The judge made sure everything possible was done to hide the truth from these jurors and railroad Zimmerman into a conviction, in order to get a politically correct verdict and placate the race-baiters.

Before the trial even started, CNN edited a tape of the 911 call to make it sound like Zimmerman was focused on race. Zimmerman's "Latino Cred” was challenged as he was referred to first as white and later as a white Hispanic. We weren't told about his black friends, black youths he tried to help and allowed to stay in his home, his former girlfriend who was black, or the fact that he is a registered Democrat who supported and volunteered for Obama. No, none of that fit with painting him as a white racist, it all had to be covered up.

Meanwhile, Martin was portrayed as a nice young teenager. Not only were the photos of him posing like a thug not shown, they went back years to show him when he was much younger, looking like an innocent little boy. Here are the facts. Travon Martin was a 6"2 delinquent. He embraced thug culture, had discipline problems at school, and had a police record. He enjoyed starting street fights and bragging about his prowess. He was suspended from school at the time of the shooting and had been kicked out of the house by his mother and sent to live with his father, because she couldn't handle him.

We were all fed the image of an adult, racially profiling and following an innocent child, without cause. We were told that it was unreasonable that Zimmerman feared for his life when a fight broke out between him and this innocent child. Now we have learned that Martin was taller, heavier, and in better condition than Zimmerman. We have also learned that Martin was an experienced street fight and wannbe thug. Every bit of physical evidence also back up Zimmerman's reasonable claim that Martin doubled back, hid in the bushes, jumped him, and was brutally beating Zimmerman when he was shot.

At trial, every effort was made to continue a false narrative. Judge Debra Nelson, a former prosecutor and liberal Democrat, did everything she could to see to it that there would be a conviction. Judge Nelson suppressed exculpatory evidence from Martin’s cell phone that showed him texting about street fights and showing him posing, gangsta-style, with a gun. She disallowed Martin's criminal arrest history for drugs, theft, graffiti, and other delinquent behavior. Police had found stolen jewelry and burglary tools in his back pack at school that very week. The judge also excluded testimony from audio experts who could definitively identify Zimmerman’s voice screaming for help on the 911 tape before he fired the shot.

Nelson allowed the last minute desperate request of prosecutors to consider a lesser charge of manslaughter, and grasped at straws for a conviction of some kind. She essentially judged Zimmerman when she stated that the defense animation showing what they argued happened didn't fit with the evidence presented.

She never sanctioned the prosecutors, who should be disbarred, for violating discovery rules and withholding exculpatory evidence. Meanwhile, she repeatedly overruled and reprimanded Zimmerman's attorneys when they complained about the underhanded tactics of the prosecution. When she saw that the prosecution was losing the case, she attempted to get Zimmerman to ignore the advice of counsel and bully him into taking the stand, in a last ditch effort to allow the prosecution a chance to make Zimmerman look bad.

This was the single most corrupt prosecution of an innocent man I have ever seen. Now, we have learned that Obama's Justice Department had a direct hand in fomenting racial unrest and pressuring Florida official to bring charges. This on top of his, "If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon comment." All of this concern from a man who would have no problem with his own grandchild being aborted if one of his daughters, "Made a mistake".

Obama wanted a trial and he wanted riots. He was hoping for violence no matter which way the verdict came down. That would just be too good of a crisis for him to waste and he would start suspending constitutional rights and confiscating guns. George Zimmerman would be sacrificed for what an evil president deemed to be the greater good.

In the end though, America has surprised the race-baiters. An all female jury, most of them moms, considered the evidence, and the lack of it, and reached a verdict of not guilty. Zimmerman will never get his whole life back, but he has at least been acquitted. I hope he sues media outlets for the way they slandered him. I also hope he has learned his lesson about being a Democrat and an Obama supporter. This case should teach all Latinos a lesson about Obama and the Democrats. Thus far there has been no explosion of violence in the streets. There is still some decency left in America. America is still worth fighting this tyrannical administration for. This verdict shows us that.
