The American Refugee Endorses Commander Peter Greenwald over Majority Leader Cantor.

There are two questions that must be answered in this article:

1. Why would you be willing to work your tail off and spend your $ to elect Peter Greenwald?
2. Why would you be willing to work your tail off and spend your $ to defeat Eric Cantor?

Let's tackle question 1 first.  We first want to assure you that The American Refugees has worked with a core group of activists and done our due diligence in vetting this man.  We have investigated this man and spoken with him.  We've prayed with him.  We've have become confident that he is the real deal, the only true grassroots TEA Party challenger to Cantor.  He has served our country as a Navy Commander, is a committed Christian, husband, and father.  As a first term congressman who is taking his campaign directly to the people, he is one of us and will continue to hear our voice, when he takes office.  Let's take a look at Peter on the issues.

• Strict Constitutionalist on all issues
• 100% Pro-Life
• Repeal ObamaCare
• Pro 2nd Amendment
• Supports the Fair Tax
• Opposes increasing the debt limit
• Pro Marriage
• Supports HR 36 and Justice for the Benghazi Four
• Opposes Amnesty
• Supports securing the border
• Eliminate the Department of Education
• Supports Term Limits for Congress

Now, to answer the second question.  Eric Cantor is now serving his 7th term in congress.  While Cantor has been very successful in amassing power and wealth for himself, he has lost touch with the base and has become one of the biggest forces in Washington for moving the Republicans to the left .  Somehow, he believes that if Republicans can only out Democrat the Democrats, the people will love them more. 

He has been a loud voice for amnesty.  He has opposed HR36, which would create a select committee on Benghazi.  He fought for the Ryan-Murray deal which increased overall spending even while cutting pensions for our veterans.  While the Republicans have drifted left, Cantor's voting record is even worse than that of the average house republican.  Heritage Action gives him just a 61% percent score.  Under his leadership, the average Republincan score is a pathetic 65%.  He is the very face of the moderate Republican establishment in DC.

Folks, please join me in supporting Peter Greenwald.  If you are in the 7th congressional district of Virginia, give him your vote. Wherever you are, go to his website, give money, volunteer, get involved.  Follow him on Twitter.  Pray for him.  He is in a David vs. Goliath battle and he needs your support.  My firends, Peter understands that we must  mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor, to restore this republic.  Join us, as we fight side by side with Peter, to get the job done.

Let me start with full disclosure. I am rooting against ObamaCare and it’s website.  I hope if fails hard and fast.  This is because I believe a hard, fast, complete failure will lead to the full repeal of ObamaCare. This would restore liberty, save lives, save our healthcare system, and protect and restore our economy.  The “Success” of ObamaCare will mean we are not free, healthcare will suffer, and gradually overtime, the private insurance industry will be destroyed and we will move into a completely socialized system.  Americans will be more dependent, less free, and less healthy, with a weak economy.

Now, lets look at the facts.  Even with the supposed surge of enrollees at the December deadline to have coverage by January 1, the total number so far show the absolute failure of ObamaCare.  Lets take the administration’s inflated number of 2.1 million, (many of these people have yet to pay a premium) That is still far short of the 3.3 million goal they had set for the end of 2013.  Add to that the fact that so many people have lost healthcare coverage because of ObamaCare and it is clear that we now have fewer Americans with health insurance than before ObamaCare started.  This is only the start of the problems.  The people who have signed up have been far sicker and older than the Obama Administration had hoped.  Without corporate welfare to insurance companies, the death spiral of ObamaCare will soon begin.

The faster this failure happens, the better off Americans will be.  If the collapse happens quickly, it could lead to a Republican takeover of congress later this year and a conservative president in 2016. That would mean the repeal of ObamaCare before the private insurance system is completely destroyed.  If the collapse takes longer, for instance if insurance companies are propped up for a few years with corporate welfare and Dems stay in power, or old healthcare system will be completely destroyed.

It's important that patriots do what they can to see to it that this unconstitutional and deadly system fails as quickly as possible.  How do we do this?  We refuse to comply with this unconstitutional law.

Provisions in the ACA specifically denied the IRS their normal extraordinary super powers, when it comes to collecting the ObamaCare penalty. Their only means of collection involve deducting it from your tax return, billing you, or suing you.

Now, no one should be getting a tax refund unless they are a welfare case.  You should fill out your tax paperwork with your employer, so that you owe a little at the end of the year, not giving the feds a 0% loan of your own money.  The answer for those who pay taxes, is to simply calculate your tax liability without the ObamaCare fine, and pay only that.  Yes, the feds will hit you with penalties and interest and go this over to the next year. You should never pay these bills. Force the IRS to come after you in court; they can’t come after millions of us.

But Refugee, some argue, the Obama administration is not known for following the law. What if they simply start illegally seizing property and bank accounts? They may. This would be impeachable. I am not arguing that you take no risk when you stand up to the feds. I am telling you to grow a pair. Our founders faced for more threats and real consequences by standing up to King George than we do by standing up to King Obama.  We here, at The American Refugees, are doing our part.  I have no health insurance and will be no fine.  This is a fight about life, death, and freedom. There is nothing the federal government can do that will force me into compliance.

If you are willing to go to the levels I have to oppose Obama, there are a number of other ways you can protect yourself.  On the surface, I have no job.  I have no income and pay no income or other payroll taxes.  I neither own property, with the exceptions of my dogs and guns, nor have any bank accounts.  I have gone Galt, in my own way, going partially off grid.  I encourage others to do the same.

More important than medium risk people like me not signing up, is the very young and healthy not signing up.  If they don’t start signing up in much larger numbers, this system can’t support itself.  We now have to hope that young people are smart enough, patriotic enough, and libertarian enough that they will not enroll in over priced insurance they don’t need, that will destroy the country, and that they are being ordered to buy by an authoritarian regime.
