I am The ObamaCare Website Girl; This is My story
They said I had the perfect look. I was young, cute, and healthy looking. Although racist whites would probably buy me as white, I looked as though I may be multi racial. I was the perfect inclusive image of the kind of people Obama needed to sign up for ObamaCare.
While I was used to a certain amount of attention as a White, Latino, Octoroon, nothing could prepare me for the hell that my life was to become, once I became, “The ObamaCare Website Girl”. I began to be chased down by mobs of angry Obama voters because they thought affordable meant free. I was blamed by others for the failures of the website. They said I was so cute that millions of Americans were flocking to the website just to get a look at me. This was the cause of excessively high traffic that was crashing the site. Other people blamed me for losing their health coverage. The worst of all was the union thugs who loudly declared that I was the one causing them problems with their Cadillac insurances planes. Many union leaders threatened my life and tried to beat me.
The funny thing is, I never asked, nor was I asked, to be the ObamaCare Website Girl. I was neither consulted nor compensated. They used my image without permission. Then, when they decided they were done with me, they tossed me aside into the garbage, like they do to aborted babies. All hope I had of being a successful model and actress have been dashed upon the rocks of ObamaCare. I am permanently type cast as the ObamaCare Website Girl and my face will be permanently associated with failure and glitches. Some call me, the “GlitchBitch”. Others more crudely call me the “ObamaCare Whore”. As if this suffering were not enough, my insurance company has contacted me and informed that due to regulations in the new health care law, my policy will expire at the end of December and will no longer be offered. They wished me “Good Luck in the exchanges”. A broken woman, I had nowhere to turn.
Praying to God for an answer, I was scanning Twitter with an anonymous account for information about myself. I can across some tweets by The American Refugee. His words were kind and encouraging. I felt a spark of hope. I went to his website and listened to one of his archived radio shows. I was blown away by the work that the patriots with The American Refugees organization were doing. I wanted to be a part of it. I contacted @mericanrefugee and told him I wanted to join with him in his work and that I needed help. His response couldn’t have been more generous.
I am now in New Orleans, living at The American Refugees compound. I am in counseling for the traumatic stress I suffered and am being well taken care of. Refugee treats me like I’m his daughter. One of his pitbulls, Sarge, has taken a liking to me and is extremely protective of me. He sleeps at my feet and spends most of the day at my side. I feel safe and loved. Refugee has equipped me with a Glock .40 and signed me up for an NRA safety and shooting class. He has made me an editor and placed me in charge of The ObamaCare Report. This is really cool because it makes me feel that I am earning my own way. I hope my fellow patriots will support me, as I try to rebuild my life and fight for everything that The American Refugees organization stands for.
