A CALL TO ACTION FROM THE AMERICAN REFUGEE

From Noon until 2PM EST this Saturday, November 30th, all patriots are invited to be a part of two hours of organizing, tweeting and ReTweeting, to oppose ObamaCare and do our best the crash the Website, www.healthcare.gov. There will be a video teaching you exactly what to do, tweet buttons to press to send out grass roots submitted anti-ObamaCare tweets, and patriots are encouraged to ReTweet everyone else participating.  In addition to performing a patriotic service, it is a great way to gain new followers and get a tremendous amount of exposure on Twitter. There is also a chat room, and for those of you who are comfortable with it, video chat is available.  You will be able to see and speak with other grass roots patriots.  Everyone can engage in this part of our day without risk.

Our Hub, which will actually work, will be the Red Meat Steakhouse, provided by PJNET.  You can check the SteakHouse out now, but understand that our tweets will not be loaded and our video playing untill the event starts at noon EST, Saturday.  The event is sponsored by The American Refugees and we are paying for the room.  Your contributions to cover these costs are not required, but would be greatly appreciated. For those of you who are not afraid and support our tactics, during but also at the end of this two hour organizing session, we will launch our attack on www.HealthCare.Gov.  Hackers are encouraged to hack and those of you who know how to launch DOS attacks or know other means of bringing down a website, are encouraged to have at it.  For the rest of us, we are all encouraged to do 2 things.

• Invest some time trying to create a bogus account with bogus information at Helthcare.gov

• Repeatedly reload the website and hit different pages over and over again

Don't just hit your refresh button. Make sure you keep hitting a link to the URL and hitting different pages.  You don't want to just reload from your browser's cache.  The idea is to actually tie up the website causing delays and hopefully crashing it.

This is an act of peaceful, disobedient, revolution against an illegal and unconstitutional enterprise.  It is not without risks.  You can have no expectation of privacy from the Obama regime. It is entirely possible that the post constitutional government will know who you are and come after you.  This is an act of legitimate and peaceful revolution by civil disobedience, for people who are both serious and brave.

I want you guys to know how seriously I take this event and this cause.  Normally, on Saturday's, I am on the streets handing out US Constitutions and preaching liberty.  This Saturday, I am giving that up to do this.  I also want you to know that I do not encourage anyone to take risks that I am not willing to take.  Yes, I go by The American Refugee, @mericanrefugee on Twitter, but I am not in hiding. To make my point:

When I reached the point of deciding to go on a federal tax strike, I decided it would be wrong to hide in the shadows but I also wanted to make it as difficult as possible for the IRS to come after me. Here is how I have done it.
First. I wrote to the IRS :

My social security number is (I put the real number). I live at 4402 Eastern St, New Orleans, LA 70122. The illegal activities of the IRS, your mandate to enforce the unconstitutional ACA, and the murderous and illegitimate activities of the federal government, have convinced me that I can no longer, in good conscious, fund this federal government. I will no longer be paying any federal income tax or any other payroll taxes. I also consider you to be a rogue agency. I will not pay you any taxes, file a tax return, or have any further communication with you until the United States has returned to a constitutional republican form of government.

I then went public with what I was doing. This took care of the not hiding in the shadows part of things.
How do I protect myself?  I gave away all property I owned, with the exceptions of my Dogs and guns.  I closed my bank accounts and credit cards.  I own no money or property for the IRS to seize.  I also quit my job. I earn no wages for the IRS to garnish.  I have become a mendicant monk for liberty.  Donations do not go to me, but to the American Refugees organization.  I volunteer for the American Refugees organization over 60 hours a week doing social media, managing the website, hosting our radio show, preaching liberty in the streets, handing out constitutions, and encouraging others to join us in going Galt, and starving the beast of the federal government.
How do I survive? The American Refugees rents the property that serves as  their office and lets me live here. The organization pays for my food, clothing, basic care, and the care of my dogs. Patriots provide me with food.  The organization pays for the constitution I give out and for the help we give to other patriots. In addition to cash donations we accept in kind donations and barter wherever we can.
So you see, I own nothing and earn nothing. I will not comply with The ObamaCare fine and will not pay the penalty either.  I can’t really be charged with income tax evasion since I earn no income. I suppose they can come after me for not paying the ObamaCare fine, but I own no money or property for them to seize. THe ACA also specifically forbids the IRS from using their usual extraordinary powers to collect.  I do receive mail from the IRS. I don’t know what it says, because I don’t open it.
I encourage other people to do what they think is right. I certainly believe that people should not comply with the ObamaCare law and should not pay more in income taxes than they owe. People should not be overpaying during the year and then waiting on a tax refund, which can be seized in part or in whole. If people feel led by God to join me on my tax strike, I welcome them with open arms.
Many Christians, friend and foe alike, have argued to me that my tax strike is prohibited by Christ. The most common scrtipture they site is Mathew 22:15-22:

Just how bad are these numbers?

Worse than I could have hoped for in my wildest fantasies.

Let me start with full disclosure. I am rooting against ObamaCare and it’s website. I hope if fails hard and fast. This is because I believe a hard, fast, complete failure will lead to the full repeal of ObamaCare. This would restore liberty, save lives, save our healthcare system, and protect and restore our economy. The “Success” of ObamaCare will mean we are not free, healthcare will suffer, and gradually overtime, the private insurance industry will be destroyed and we will move into a completely socialized system. Americans will be more dependent, less free, and less healthy, with a weak economy.

Now: to the numbers. The Regime has released some pathetically low numbers. These numbers are themselves, an attempt to mislead the people. The situation is much worse than these numbers suggest. According to the Regime, 106,000 have enrolled. First, let’s have a laugh at that low number. ROFLMAO! Now, let’s analyze. 76,391 enrolled through state marketplaces, while 26,794 signed up through the federal exchange. ROFLMAO. Included in the federal numbers and some of the states numbers, are people who have signed up for Medicaid. These are new people on the government dole, not people who have purchased insurance. Next, people have to do something more than select a plan, for insurance companies to consider them enrolled. They have to pay their first premium. The Regime is including people who have not yet bought anything. They are including people who qualify for a plan, have been accepted by the insurance company, know what their subsidy will be and how much they have to pay, and are now considering buying. Many of these people won’t buy.

To get the real numbers, one has to go to the insurance industry. They are telling us that about 40,000 people have actually purchased policies, not 106,000. They are also telling us that a very scary percentage of these people are older and sick. Insurance companies are going to be looking at a net loss of money on the policies they have already sold.

To put these numbers into perspective, insurance analysts say that in order for the exchanges to survive and avoid astronomical price increases, 7,000,000 people must buy policies with no more than 1/3 being high risk and about 1/3 being young and healthy, during the 180 day enrollment period.

They expected glitches. A slow start was expected. Sicker people were expected to sign up early. They have done less than 10% of expectations and with an even sicker and older group. This is a disaster. That’s Good.

You have now repeatedly attacked both Refugee and me and have called us dishonest, despite both of us kindly and respectfully explaining your misunderstandings. You lack basic intelligence, have a large stick up your ass, or are so jealous of me that you see red.

Possibly a stupid person could accuse me of lying. Possibly. My article was so over the to top that I don’t really believe anybody with two brain cells would think it was anything other than a joke. Examples:

• “Although racist whites would probably buy me as white, I looked as though I may be multi racial. “
• “…as a White, Latino, Octoroon, nothing could prepare me for the hell that my life was to become, once I became, “The ObamaCare Website Girl”.
• “I began to be chased down by mobs of angry Obama voters because they thought affordable meant free. “
• “They said I was so cute that millions of Americans were flocking to the website just to get a look at me. This was the cause of excessively high traffic that was crashing the site. “
• “ Many union leaders threatened my life and tried to beat me.”
• “All hope I had of being a successful model and actress have been dashed upon the rocks of ObamaCare. I am permanently type cast as the ObamaCare Website Girl and my face will be permanently associated with failure and glitches. Some call me, the “GlitchBitch”. Others more crudely call me the “ObamaCare Whore”.

Statements such as those are not lies, they are jokes. The funniest humor is that you don’t realize is a joke at first, but as it builds it becomes more and more obvious. People without sticks up their butts end up laughing not just at the joke, but at themselves for buying into it for a few seconds.

When you continue to call someone a liar who had no intent to deceive, you make yourself a liar. Yes Sara, you are a liar. You are also the worst kind of conservative who causes us to lose elections. Conservatives have a hard time attracting young voters because they don’t laugh enough and call young people having fun liars.

You personify what I used to think of all conservatives: angry, judgmental, stupid, no fun, with a stick up your ass, who is quick to attack others. Your attacks on Refugee are even more unforgivable than you attacks on me. He never did anything to mislead anyone. He went on the air less than 12 hours after I created my account and less than six hours after my article was published and told the absolute truth about me. He then told my story again, two days later on his show.

I’ve known Roger since well before he became the Refugee. He was the one person who made me question if everything I thought about conservatives was wrong. His kindness, intelligence, and humor used to strike me as being out of character for a conservative. Lately, I’ve been realizing that I was wrong about conservatives. There are many fun, happy, positive, smart conservatives. I have also come to realize that I was always more conservative than I though and I find myself becoming more conservative. Unfortunately, there are still those like you, who seek to harm and destroy other conservatives.
